FitKeep helps you keep a private, long-term record of your training data.

What you can do with FitKeep

  • Back up your activities from FIT files
  • Connect supported services for automatic sync
  • View route maps, pace, heart rate, elevation, and cadence
  • Track your best efforts across standard distances
  • Set goals and monitor your progress over time

Step 1: Create your account

Sign up with email/password or Google, then verify your email.

Step 2: Add your first activity

Go to the upload page and add a FIT file, or connect Garmin to import automatically.

Step 3: Review your dashboard

Use your dashboard to check recent activity, personal records, and progress toward goals.
